CEO and founder of Clinic 45, Joseph E. Sleiman MD, FAAFP, is an established and highly skilled physician. He has over 20 years of experience in the internal and obesity medicine fields. Dr. Sleiman is devoted to consistently providing his patients with an exceptional level of care and attention so they can continue to feel their best.


Dr. Sleiman attended the University of Houston as an undergrad. While there, he received a Bachelor of Science in biology and also a minor in chemistry. Dr. Sleiman then went on to obtain his medical doctorate degree (MD) from the University of Texas Health Science Center. Later, he completed residency programs in Internal Medicine and Family Practice at the University of Texas and Texas A&M, respectively. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Family Physicians and the American Board of Obesity Medicine. He is also a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.


Dr. Sleiman is a member of the Obesity Medicine Association, the American Board of Obesity Medicine, and Low Carb USA. He enjoys helping his patients look their best by utilizing some of the latest technology in the weight loss field. This includes everything from body contouring and medical weight loss to anti-aging and skin rejuvenation. In addition to this, Dr. Sleiman offers the safest, most advanced laser liposuction. He performs all liposuction using the tumescent technique, which eliminates any potential risks that come along with going under general anesthesia.


Dr. Sleiman is a devotee of the ketogenic diet lifestyle. He believes in utilizing this concept to help his patients achieve better metabolic health and a sense of well-being rather than medications.
